Sudan HRP Funding
Humanitarian Response Plan
Humanitarian needs in Sudan have been considerable and the country has consistently been among the top recipients of humanitarian assistance globally since 2003. The Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) is a comprehensive plan, mapping the humanitarian response for the whole country.
Support for the HRP has slightly increased since the beginning of the humanitarian crisis in Sudan. In 2015, the HRP (previously known as the Humanitarian Work Plan/HWP) was 56.8 per cent funded. The 2016 HRP appeals for $952 million to provide life-saving humanitarian assistance in Sudan.
This graph give an overview of the funding requirements and humanitarian funding for Sudan per year since 2004.

Financial Tracking Service
The Financial Tracking Service (FTS) is a global, on-line, real-time database of humanitarian funding needs and international contributions. It serves to improve resource allocation decisions and advocacy, by clearly indicating to what extent populations in crisis receive humanitarian aid, and in what proportion to needs. FTS offers a series of analytical tables that show humanitarian aid flows to specific crises, as well as donor profiles and quick donor searches. FTS also allows users to produce custom tables on demand. It covers all countries for which international humanitarian funding is reported. FTS is managed by OCHA and located at: http://fts.unocha.org
