The European headquarters of OCHA is located in the Palis des Nations in Geneva.

Europe increasingly finds itself bordering regions of instability. With significant refugee and migration flows from the Middle East and Africa, and the conflict caused by the invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces, Europe is central to the humanitarian system. OCHA does not currently have a regional office for Europe, though its European headquarters are located in Geneva, Switzerland.
