Global Humanitarian Overview 2021
OCHA hosted a virtual global launch of the Global Humanitarian Overview 2021 on Tuesday, 1 December 2020, with multiple virtual regional launches in key capitals around the world.
Published by OCHA, the Global Humanitarian Overview is the world’s most comprehensive, authoritative and evidence-based overview of the current state and future trends in humanitarian action.
A global launch took place in Geneva, followed by events in Berlin, Brussels, London and Washington, D.C. These events were part of a global strategy to engage decision makers and humanitarian organizations in highlighting the key themes covered in the Global Humanitarian Overview 2021, amplify the voices of affected people, and encourage partners to generously contribute to humanitarian operations.
