Non-Compliance Measures for Country Based Pooled Funds
The objective of this document is to provide guidance to Humanitarian Financing Units (HFUs) on the management of non-compliance by Country-Based Pooled Fund (CBPF) partners with the requirements contained in these Global Guidelines, the Fund-specific Operational Manual, and/or the Grant Agreement – other than those related to serious misconduct such as fraud and Sexual Exploitation or Abuse (SEA) which are dealt with through applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
