We are pleased to invite you to the launch of the 2025 lean season food security and nutrition crisis multi-sector plan for Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe (BAY) states on Tuesday, 6 May 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 AM at the United Nations (UN) House Auditorium, Abuja. The Federal Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, and other senior Government officials, as well as international partners, including members of the diplomatic corps, are expected to attend.
The lean season plan aims to mobilize critical funding and resources in the coming months to urgently address the alarming food insecurity and malnutrition crisis in the BAY states.
