• 2025 marked the first year that MPCA targets and financial requirements were featured in the Sudan HNRP
• The inclusion of MPCA in the Sudan HNRP was in line with the global guidelines on MPC endorsed by the IASC released 22 July 2024
• The CWG will continue to advocate for the inclusion of sectoral CVA, where feasible, in relevant clusters
