Humanitarian Info UA chatbot, is a joined project of Cash Working Group Ukraine and Emergency Telecommunications Cluster, designed to provide verified and up-to-date information about humanitarian multipurpose cash assistance (MPCA) to people affected by the war in Ukraine. Chatbot has been created as a one-way communication tool (not powered by AI), available via popular messaging apps such as Viber and Telegram and helps users understand how to apply for aid, check eligibility, and avoid fraud.
The chatbot does not collect personal data or process applications — it only offers reliable information in a simple, accessible format.
