This document is a quick reference operational tool for the immediate identification, understanding, and mitigation of the main risks associated with the Venezuela Humanitarian Fund (FHV). Its purpose is to facilitate timely decision-making by the Humanitarian Coordinator, the Advisory Board, the Clusters, the Areas of Responsibility (AdRs), OCHA, and the Humanitarian Financing Unit (UFH), through a consolidated visualization of the prioritized risks and the corresponding mitigation actions according to level of responsibility.
